Very happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend

The service from Camelot themselves was great and the chair itself is good too. However the delivery company used were not on time and would not deliver the chair to the room required.

It was quite satisfactory.

Companion were organised and the guys fitting were clean and tidy. Straight forward fit and everyone knew what they were doing. I would recommend them definitely.

First class. They went above and beyond. So nice getting a good night`s sleep and the lads that delivered the bed were great and couldn`t do enough for us. 5*plus service.

They really did know what they were doing and we are very happy with the product.

They wanted to do install it sooner than the old stair lift could be taken out! So, too efficient! I felt they could have got the stair lift closer to the wall..and seat is too small with a slope. All of this issues are made worse for the fact that I am very tall and have problems with my knees. I don`t have a problem with the company, they just haven`t been able to cater for someone my size and with my medical challenges. I would still recommend them despite this as they have tried to help my situation.

Unfortunately they were late starting the install and then they had to change seat and swivel due to the configuration of the staircase which meant the job over ran by some time. Quite happy with the quality of the job.

Happy with the products just a couple things which made me mark them down, theirs a dink in the arm of the chair and the stair lift runs nice and smooth until it goes over the joints then its quite clunky, will contact companion if it gets any worse. Overall i would recommend them.

The day we asked it to be fitted he came at midday and had it all running, explained all the bits and pieces. It does what I ask and it really does take the strain of my legs.

No problems - extremely punctual very happy with the product
