Cromwell gave a great service and offered an ex demo chair as we required the chair very quickly.

i went with Companion because they offer 0% finance. Everything went well with installation so i cant complain.

Unfortunately the sales person didnt look properly when he came which made a delay when it came to installing the system. It meant i didntget parts where i wanted them as they wouldnt fit. It means that i now have pipework exposed looking unpleasant. they have now returned and boxed them in . The system itself works well i just wish they had taken a bit more time when they fiorst came to assess the job properly.

They were professional, diligent, efficient and the quality of the product is first class. As soon as I spoke to them, I knew they were the kind of company I wanted to deal with.

I was so pleased with the chair McCarthy were brilliant. The two men who delivered it set it up and showed me how to use it. Louise at Mccarthy was great she made sure i got the material i wanted as well.

The price increased slightly. We had to pay an extra £100 for electrical work, but my mum felt this was worth it. They were very fast and very efficient. We were very impressed with Companion right from the beginning, we liked the guy, he wasn`t pushy and he was very prepared to make allowances for peculiar shaped stairs. He just gave us the facts for us to then decide.

It took a bit of time to commission the stair lift, it needed different programming but this didn`t bother me at all, I thought they handled it very professionally. Companion stood out by far with the 3 quotes I received.

Im just really happy with it they did a goood job.

Companion kept in touch with us all the time, I found them to be very courteous and the quality of the stair lift has been great.

I have to say what a fantastic service Verisure have provided for me. I rang last week and they have been out and fitted the alarm already. Two very friendly helpful chaps showed me what to do and i am so pleased with what they have done. I thought i would have been wasting their time as i wouldnt want to pay a huge amount but was pleasantly surprised with quote and overall cost.
