It was good but the time frame was quite loose - and ended up being fitted quite late in the evening which wasn`t ideal, though we are very happy with the stairlift and the fitter who installed was very nice.

The problem was my wife and I both had flu, so this delayed the installation. The company were not as flexible as they could have been. The Aperture was done first, we expected the remaining would be done in the next few days as that`s what they told us. It took a fortnight, leaving us with a big hole int eh ceiling. It inconvenienced us a lot. Frankly the administration leaves a lot to be desired. they seemed to be very ill informed about the specifications. We ourselves decided to get hold of the manufacturers and they were very helpful. The quality of the lift is really very good and the installers were first class, which is why I would still recommend, but the administration is hopeless.

They didnt start and complete on time but this was no fault of there own this was due to the company that was due to come out before them. I am very happy with my lift and would recommend companion homelifts very highly.

I don`t believe these chairs to be bespoke - i had a number of issues with this company after a very long process most of them were resolved but this process was fair more difficult than it needed to be. For that reason i would not recommend this company and if you do decide to use them to just be vary cautious.

They were brilliant. the first day they were coming to deliver I wasn`t available and they happily rearranged and suited my needs. This company stood out with the quality of the bed and the sales guy was lovely. I also liked the fact the the remote control was connected to the bed rather than separate, in case it got lost in the middle of the night.

I am very happy with the bed, would highly recommend to others.

After the installation, a person was meant to deliver the salt, he left it in an area where anyone could pick it up, this let the quality of their service down. Other than that every thing was good.

It was ok but it was pricey. The quality is good, but I feel its a lot of money for what it is.

The system ended up having to be put outside so i costed slightly more and took longer than expected but apart from that very happy plumber was great and i have already recommended them to my sister.
