Glad i made the purchase

Couldn`t fault them, very quick turn around.

just 1 little snag the safety belt that goes round your waist it pings back very quickly so is not always used - apart from that very high standard 5/5

Acorn installed within 2 days - we have no complaints about them at all. They weren`t pushy, they were very fair and they gave me the correct deal for what I needed. The product is exceptional.

They were very helpful and the chap who installed was very efficient and tidy in his work. I am over-all very pleased.

I was very happy with the whole experience

They were very good as a company but the actual chair its self is very uncomfortable and the footplate is to small they have changed the chair once for me but the replacement is just as uncomfortable. So i would recommended the company its self but not the chair.

It was good but the time frame was quite loose - and ended up being fitted quite late in the evening which wasn`t ideal, though we are very happy with the stairlift and the fitter who installed was very nice.

The problem was my wife and I both had flu, so this delayed the installation. The company were not as flexible as they could have been. The Aperture was done first, we expected the remaining would be done in the next few days as that`s what they told us. It took a fortnight, leaving us with a big hole int eh ceiling. It inconvenienced us a lot. Frankly the administration leaves a lot to be desired. they seemed to be very ill informed about the specifications. We ourselves decided to get hold of the manufacturers and they were very helpful. The quality of the lift is really very good and the installers were first class, which is why I would still recommend, but the administration is hopeless.

The presentation was very good when the lady came round to demonstrate - excellent product very happy with the whole service
