Chair is good but After Sales not great.

was extremely quickly fitted in under a week. great service very happy.

Very good company. Happy they were able to offer me a rental option as my situation could be temporary. Lovely sales guy who answered all of my questions and promised installation would be complete within the week and this is exactly what happened.

The mattress isn`t quite what we expected, apart from that we are very happy. The company were very good and very polite to deal with.

I`ve always been very happy with Acorn, this is my second stair lift from them.

They did what they said on time, on budget and with the quality.

We had one little glitch that was sorted straight away - very happy with acorn as a company and i have already recommended them to others.

Acorn installed much quicker than expected. They were absolutely very helpful and when I called them to make enquiries they explained everything in detail. They sent someone out to measure up at the weekend which I needed, so they were very accommodating. On the first day after installation there was a minor problem but they sent out someone straight away to sort this.

Time wise was better than expected we are very happy with the purchase.

I am very happy and mum is also very happy.
