As I stzted in an earlier everything about buying and fitting of the stair lift was.satisfactory! The fitter who installed the lift wss particularly efficient, polite and friendly.
Liam m, the installer was excellent. Great attitude, knowledge and professionalism. Did a fantastic Jon on the installation and left our property very tidy. Very impressed with his skill and workmanship 100%
Have had them back to sort problems with shake on joint when going up and down I was told that it was normal the box that was fitted at the top of the stairs left a step too short and is not safe. The engineer who came said he would report it but I have had no response from them
No problem with the bed, I have had the bed since 10th April. The only problem is the electric control panel has stopped working to raise the head so you are able to sit up in bed on the left side of the bed. I have called the service number it will be 2 weeks before the engineer comes out
