Really pleased with the product and the company.

Very good - the person that did the installation wasn`t part of the company, but I had no problems with either installer and the company/sales.

Couldn`t fault them. Best of the 3 quotes. They stood out because they were prepared to do it quickly, they weren`t pushy and they were the cheapest.

The company were very nice, very helpful and friendly, I got a couple of quotes and the other company were much pushier in their approach. I am chuffed to bits with it.

We are very happy with it all. After care was very good as they came out straight away after we had a few niggles.

Companion were extremely helpful and their explanation of how they could do it was very good. We have a bit of a mess with the double bannisters as they had to be taken out but the actual job has been very good. It doesn`t turn 90 degrees but 75 degrees at the top, so getting back on it can be a bit difficult but I am getting used to it. They stood out from the other company as they were offering a completely made to measure product.

The guy vacuumed after himself leaving everything spotless. The company generally were very good, from the man that came in the beginning, the installer and also the lady from the office, all kept me informed and were just really lovely. It is all that I expected/wanted it to be.

They had to put electrics in first the day before....then came back the next day to fit very swiftly with no fuss. They were very informative and kept me in the picture all the way through, they did the job they said they would. I have no complaints at all.

I think instructing us took longer than the installation! That was very quick! It is a bit noisier than I thought it would be. If I knew anyone that wanted a stair lift I would certainly recommend Companion.

There was a mess up with the joiner coming which delayed the installation a little bit but we didn`t mind this. The quality is good apart from a squeak...which i will have to phone them about. They were much cheaper than the quote I got from the other company and they were happy to provide their own electrician and joiner for the job instead of making us sort those things first. Companion were far better in comparison with what they offered.

I was expecting the installers to take 4 hours but they did it in 2 and a quarter so I was thrilled. The stair lift is brilliant and my husband is over the moon with it.

I have absolutely no problems with the stairlift or the service they provided.
