I spoke to Mrs McCarthy myself so it was a really personal service. Definitely get a good nights sleep and would recommend McCarthy to other customers.

They delivered the bed earlier than I expected it. They certainly left everything tidy, the guys who set it up were very polite and clean and tidy and I cannot fault them. I am a large gentleman and it is the most comfortable I have been for years. This bed has been fantastic, I am sleeping better and I am so much more comfortable,

Very good service with the timing of the delivery - my only gripe was that they didn`t take the old bed away when McCarthy had promised they would. Best nights sleep I`ve had in along time!

Excellent, brilliant and spot on. Quality of the bed was excellent. Louise and Customer service were really helpful throughout.

The company was absolutely brilliant. The bed has made a huge difference. Very, very good and i would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was absolutely fine, no problems at all.

Its a little uncomfortable. I do suffer from a dislocated leg so it can only adjust the whole leg and not just the knee which causes me more pain. It is maybe a function of the deep mattress, so I may have to change the mattress in the future. I would still recommend McCarthy to others though for the service they provided.

The delivery men turned up in the van to deliver the bed came in moved our bed from up stairs down stairs , went to the van to get the new bed to find it wasn`t in there, i then had to wait a week for them to actually deliver the bed. Fortunately i was keeping the old bed anyway so just slept on that down stairs until my new one came. I also decided against the foam mattress they were trying to sell me and decided to go with a different mattress but i have found this extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and am now having to look for a new mattress - I`m not so sure that i would recommend them to others but the bed function itself seems to work as it should.

nice young men put the bed together and showed us how to use it, and took all the rubbish away with them - the bed has helped me and my husband, i would definitely recommend.

The lift is the best thing that has every happened to us. The job was started dead on time and all finished and cleaned great. They cleaned better than before they started. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend, there was a delay on start date and completion date but this was unavoidable i am still very happy with the service and product.
