A little bit late starting the job as they had certain design problems but other than that, all was fine. The quality is good and all is working fine with no problems

We are very happy, sometimes it gives a little creak but it might be because I am not operating it properly due to being a little anxious. We would definitely recommend the company, we had another firm but we were happier with Companions price and what they were offering.

Really great. I wasn`t there for the full installation but the Installers were really friendly and put my mum at ease. They did a great job.

123v were really professional, courteous and patient especially as we kept changing the start date. Really happy with the Veranda.

Excellent job from start to finish, from the Surveyors to the Installers to the lady on the telephone arranging appointment it all went swimmingly. We have already recommended.

I am very very satisfied - the sales guy was very good and the engineer who came out worked away and 2.5 hours later I had a stair lift.

No hiccups at all and the bed is really comfortable.

The company were spot on, they gave me a date and they came with no fuss, they near enough did it in one day but they had to come back and finish the next day due to a problem. Quality of the stair lift is excellent.

The company were fine, my mother is not using it as much as we want her too but after her recent fall I think she is going to have too. The rep was really nice and everything he said was going to happen, did happen. We were in quite a rush to get it in the next day for my mum and this company were able to do that which was great.
