I`ve only had it a week but works exactly as it should.

the initial quote was far to high - after speaking to the manufacturer i managed to get the price lowered.

We were given a date for delivery which was then bought forward to 1 morning my parents were due to be out after lots of discussions they agreed to deliver the same day but in the afternoon. The day before i received a text to say the bed would be delivered in the morning so i had to make arrangement`s for someone to be there the bed never turned up i rang they said it would be the afternoon, half 5 cam still no bed rang again bed arrived 7ish - delivery driver said that we weren`t even on the list for delivery today. Old bed removed to then find out wrong bed had been ordered but we had to keep the bed as they`d broken the old one on removal 10 pm came they finally left we have since received the correct beds but it was hard work everyone was very apologetic. I would use again as customer service was spot on and my parent are pleased with the quality of the bed.

My husband found the bed very beneficial. The company were very helpful and very patient with him.

I am not happy with the bed as it is not suitable for my condition and i can`t turn over. I have spent money on bed which i can`t use. After sales service for this company is particularly bad.

The best company - did not push me for a sale, didn`t even know they were there while they fitted it and left everything extremely tidy. I could not recommend them enough they were great.

Very respectful got on with there work and always cleared up after themselves.

Were very happy with our carport - we are going to get another one on the other side of our house unfortunately we found our quote for the second carport too pricey so will probably look elsewhere.

I went ahead with Companion because I needed a stair lift quickly because my wife was so poorly. One of their staff guaranteed me a very quick installation date, that didn`t happen because the information wasn`t passed on properly. I cannot fault the company other than that as after approx 10 days the stair lift was installed with no problems and is of good quality. Its just a shame they didn`t keep their promise as my wife only managed to use it a few times due to her declining health.

Companion were very efficient and the stair lift has really made a difference.
