The sales man did not go through things properly with me and initially i was given the wrong chair but this was sorted after i made them aware. I was given 2 remote controls but neither work - they cant give me a time frame of when i will get replacements. i would not recommend

Very good and very efficient, explained everything very well, but I had one little niggle at the end. The £500 deposit cheque I gave at the beginning has been lost somehow and they have sent me an invoice for the full amount. I obviously don`t want to clear this until I know what has happened to my cheque. Its a shame because it was a very good job. Spoiled by not very good accounting -.....other than that I would still recommend the company as everything else was very good.

I cant fault them they were very good. Just a little bit of a noise with the lift but if it develops further I will call them.

Slight issue with the draws of the bed but other than that pretty good.

It all went plain sailing The stair lift and installation was of excellent quality The gentleman who came originally was very helpful and the chap that came to put it in was very polite and efficient and they did a good job.

the initial quote was far to high - after speaking to the manufacturer i managed to get the price lowered.

We were given a date for delivery which was then bought forward to 1 morning my parents were due to be out after lots of discussions they agreed to deliver the same day but in the afternoon. The day before i received a text to say the bed would be delivered in the morning so i had to make arrangement`s for someone to be there the bed never turned up i rang they said it would be the afternoon, half 5 cam still no bed rang again bed arrived 7ish - delivery driver said that we weren`t even on the list for delivery today. Old bed removed to then find out wrong bed had been ordered but we had to keep the bed as they`d broken the old one on removal 10 pm came they finally left we have since received the correct beds but it was hard work everyone was very apologetic. I would use again as customer service was spot on and my parent are pleased with the quality of the bed.

My husband found the bed very beneficial. The company were very helpful and very patient with him.
