Yes I would recommend certainly as I had no problems whatsoever.

When the fitter came in he was very polite, very clean very helpful. The sales guy was great too. Very happy with the experience.

It was pretty good quality, but it surprised me that they mounted it over the carpet. The installer told us exactly what he was doing and then just got on with it... it took about 3 hours. The chair is the only thing that has value as the track is made to measure so I would advise people to get several quotes to make sure they are getting the right deal. I am happy with the stair lift and it really does do what it says on the tin!

Full marks for the workmanship, No problems at all with the sales guy or the installation.

It is very useful and ideal for the purpose it is meant for. They started a day early and they completed it in half a day. The rep was excellent and we know exactly what we paid for.

Stair lift was for my Aunt who has found it very beneficial. I wasn`t there when the stair lift was installed but other family members had no complaints and all went smoothly.

Although Acorn were ok and they fitted stair lift on time they cut stair carpet which they had to pay to be replaced. We found the stairlift very clunky and bumpy and not very comfortable.

The company installed 19 hours from when they surveyed so very quickly - The fitter was brilliant and the sales guy was not pushy at all. There`s only been 1 little hiccup I had in that they give you a letter saying they can give you an extended warranty for 5 years and if we take this out within the week there would be a £70 voucher sent to us. Well I sent the cheque for the warranty and 2/3 months on I am still waiting for my voucher. Whenever I call, all the customer service team say is that they will send an email. Its just not good enough. Other than that I have been very happy with Acorns value for money and service they have provided.

Acorn were very professional and we had no trouble with them at all. Unfortunately we haven`t been able to use the stairlift very much as my husband had to go to hospital but it will benefit him when he returns.
