Generally a very good, easy experience overall. Was delivered on time with great service. Definitely recommend.

We found Acorn to be a very thoughtful company. The installers were very polite and friendly but not over familiar. Although we are very happy with the quality of the Stair lift it is a little noisy and may need fine tuning. It has made a huge difference to my husband as he would not of been able to stay at home if we didn`t have the Stair lift. We have already recommended Acorn to other people.

I found Acorn very professional and it was nice that they specialise in Stair lifts only. We are very happy with the product and it has made a great difference.

Stair lift was for my mum. She took a little bit of time to get used to the Stair lift but when she did there was no holding her back. Perfect as good as i hoped.

I would recommend but I would tell them to have a look around at others too to make sure they are getting a good deal.

They were on time, very quick and left everything excellently clean. I also found them very courteous and very understanding. My father has dementia and they were excellent with him. Very patient. I`d give them top marks as a company and certainly would recommend them.

Professional and very happy with the final result. I would recommend not going to for first quote however as they also seem to be able to bring it down.

I have had an intermittent fault with the stair lift since installing. So therefore I don`t feel the quality is very good. If I was more fragile I feel this fault could be dangerous to me. Both the staff representing the company were fine.

It is brilliant and I am very happy with it but I am not happy with the sales guy who came in the first place. He told me point blank that my stair case was too narrow for a chair lift and the only one I could have was a platform one. As these are not common with companies I felt pressured to purchase from him as he said this was my only option. When the guy came to install, it was a chair lift they were installing not a platform as discussed. I feel I was mis-sold and misinformed so that I would purchase from Acorn. For that reason, I would not recommend the company.

Absolutely fine, everything was perfect no problems at all.

Very professional, we need to get them back as there`s a small fault with the lift. They were first class other than that.

Everything was fine, my only problem is my dog doesn`t like it and now won`t go up the stairs!
