I thought the middle of the bed would have been adjustable to - like the demo bed i was shown. Apart from that i`m very happy with my purchase.

There was a bit of a mix up with them booking the wrong day for my delivery, but this didn`t cause too much of a problem as they came the next day. It was set up for me and the guys showed me how to use it. There is a slight issue with the draw motor when you try and close it again, but this isn`t detrimental to the bed at all. I will only mention if it doesn`t sort itself out.

Happy with everything, the sales guy was very professional and helpful, not pushy at all. The installer was a young lad and very nice.

Companion were very thorough and explained everything really well. The installers were helpful and made sure my mum knew how to operate the stair lift and gave her a test run before they left. My mum has managed it really well since.

Extremely happy up until Saturday when my stair lift broke i contacted companion and was advised ad it was one of there newer stair lift they only have one engineer who can fix it and hes not it until Monday. It sMonday today and im still waiting to hear from anyone and 2 days is to long to be with out my stair lift any way god knows how long it will be until it gets fixed.

Absolutely brilliant. I have already recommended them as a company to a friend in hospital who may need one for their return home.The engineer even came out at 9pm to show my wife how to use it when she returned from hospital. I`m so pleased with them.

They were polite, came out and estimated and everything was very good.

The quote was over and above as it had an extra but they noticed it was wrong and reset the invoice. They were a bit late because they didn`t have all the parts, but once they were in they did it quickly. They did a good clean job, they sent for a gas engineer to sort re-venting the gas fire. I am happy with the service I received.

They did leave something out because when the chap came they said they would put grab rails but they never did. The company promised to install within 5 days, but it wasn`t installed until 7 days after. I think we were told it would take 2.5 hours but it took 5 hours. The day they installed it, I wasn`t very well so I didn`t try it before they left, but then I tried it a day later and realised I couldn`t turn my legs at the top. My leg hits the bannister, die to my condition. The sales guy knew I had this challenge and didn`t suggest The stair lift would present this problem. Its a typical sales person saying one thing and in reality what you get is different. Because we had the straight stair lift, I thought the stair lift would go to the landing area so I could step off, this isn`t the case. I need to see now if I can get the stair lift extended in some way.
