Although we are happy with the stair lift there have been a few problems. The seat on stairlift needs to rotate about another 15 degrees as quite hard for my wife to get off at the top of the stairs. Companion were late installing and initial date was given a 10 day turnround which increased to 15 days and then due to staff illness and the stairlift going missing ended up being 8 weeks. I didn`t feel respected but more neglected.

The Stair Lift is working very well. We bought it for my husband who finds it quite easy to operate. Companion were very helpful and all details they gave us were good and correct.

From the Sales to the Fitters it was perfect. The Stair lift has made a big difference for my wife who has alzimers and was struggling with the stairs. Very happy with the whole process.

Having the stair lift fitted has given me another lease on life as i was struggling to get upstairs. Companion were really helpful and gave me a lot of information which was all spot on. Can`t fault them. Excellent.

We found Harveys very efficient and helpful. There has been a great improvement in our water quality so we are very happy and would definitely recommend to other customers.

They did change the appointment due to the guy being unwell but they offered me another day which was convenient so no problems for me. i believe it is a good quality product.

We are moving in over a period of time so I wanted to get the water softener in. The company were easy to work with and very professional ..very happy with everything.

Very happy with the water softener its self just feel the price was a little high and there were no room for negotiations.
