We found Harveys very efficient and helpful. There has been a great improvement in our water quality so we are very happy and would definitely recommend to other customers.

They did change the appointment due to the guy being unwell but they offered me another day which was convenient so no problems for me. i believe it is a good quality product.

We are moving in over a period of time so I wanted to get the water softener in. The company were easy to work with and very professional ..very happy with everything.

Nicely inset - great explanation about the whole system when fitted. I can really tell a difference in the water and would never change back we had issues prior to this and having the water softener fitted has alleviated these issues. The sales lady was very pleasant not pushy at all which made the whole experience nicer. I would definitely recommend to others.

There is a kick panel they could`ve trimmed themselves, but refused and the installer had to be told how to fit it, which surprised me a little. Despite this the product does meet my expectations and I would recommend the company.
