They changed the date a couple of times but it didn`t inconvenience me. They completed quicker than I expected and on a weekend day...so that kind of made up for the delay in coming to us.. Excellent installers and very tidy. I would rate it the best quality. I am very happy with the company.

The product is larger than I thought but it needed to take a wheelchair so it is fair enough. The whole thing took a lot longer as the firm was delayed because of the asbestos check but I think them receiving the results was out of their control. The quality is excellent and I am very happy with it.

workers did a good job - completed in allocated time. There was some accidental damage which they are repairing so all in all very happy.

My only issue is that they didn`t have the colour i ordered for the upholstery and this I am still waiting for them to change. Other than that they were very tidy and they came when they said they would, so I am very pleased with the experience.

the chap who demonstrated was lovely - the only thing i`m struggling with are the controls positioning - i struggle to put it back on the hook.

Very satisfied with the service

Stair lift was for my mum. They were very quick, efficient and polite and it has made a difference to my mum. So easy to operate. Brilliant No.1

Slight delay of a week on installation but it didn`t cause us a problem. Companion did a great job and they are a very friendly company who talk to you on a human level. Mum is benefiting from the stairlift.

I was quite surprised by how much the price reduced. They gave the impression at point of sale that they could do it quicker, but it actually took a fortnight which was ok for us in the end. The installer was very good and very tidy and I would say the quality is very good.

Very disappointed with Companion and their Customer Services. Initially the Surveyor quoted a 5 day turn round which kept being delayed due to engineer not being able to get the stairlift and then engineer not being able to do electrics. The installation in the end took 2 weeks. We found it very hard to get hold of anyone from Companion after the deposit had been paid and the communication and after Sales was very bad.

Initially there were a few problems due to poor communication from the Customer Service department. The Stairlift was due to be installed 9am in the morning and my mother waited in all day with no call from Companion to say engineer wasn`t coming. Eventually an engineer turned up at 4pm after numerous calls to find out what was going on. The Engineer himself was brilliant 10/10 and the product is very good but the communication from Customer Services is very poor.
