The guy cleared up and hoovered after him, the quality of the engineers work was very good generally. I did have some issues with the seat and the quality of the padding didn`t fit into the back of the seat. So I took photos to email and the company called me a few days later so an engineer is coming out as soon as is convenient for me to replace the seat. Very impressed with the customer care side of the things and I am hoping the issues will be resolved on the second replacement. Otherwise really pleased with the product and the company.

The installation of the stair lift was not started on time but not due to any fault on Companions side. The day the installer turned up to fit my mother had taken a fall and the fitter was great and stayed with her till AMB got there. They then came back another day and fitted. Very good job and the fitter was brilliant.

We found Companion really very good and have already recommended them to our neighbour. The Surveyor, structural people and fitters were all very good.

Really good service. Very quick and easy to deal with. Father is finding it beneficial.

The Stair lift was for my 91 year old father in law who is really happy he is now able to go up stairs. The Surveyor was really helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. Happy with the 24/7 service.

Right from word go there was good communication and a good delivery date. I can`t praise them enough. Very happy with the bed.

We have had the water softener for a week and so far it`s really good. We can already see the difference in the water quality. Amazing.

Very professional, exactly what the adverts described and what they said they were going to do. It isn`t cheap but you get what you pay for. If you want an excellent service with a quality product then you need to pay for it.

I thought they were excellent, service was excellent, they did it very quickly, the guy that came clearly knew what he was doing, I couldn`t find any fault with them.

Just one little issue...the two hoses didn`t seem to completely fit into the lengths so they were a bit exposed. It was installed on 11th and the salt was replaced on 24th Salt only lasted 2 weeks but I will call them about this. Otherwise I am very happy with the product and the service.
