I`ve got to say 4/5 for quality as I never give the best. Very professional. No issues with it since installing. No complaints at all.

We found the process quick, easy and guys were brilliant they really looked after us. The Stair lift was for my husband and he has found it a great help.

i`m currently speaking to cromwell mobility regarding a fault with them bed - the man advised me i would have to pay for any repairs even though i have only had the bed since june. He got quite angry with me and was very rude, i`am currently seeking advice on my next step and contacting them in writing in hope for a better outcome.

We had a slight problem in that there was an air lock in the system which caused a temporary problem with the softness, which the guys could not have prevented. All in all we saw 4 different representatives who were all excellent and I couldn`t fault. I did go out to 3 other companies who were using similar products and prices but Harvey`s customer service really stood out. I would certainly recommend them.

They quoted for the works and completed as per the quote. Really pleased with them, I have already recommended them to others.

We found the Surveyor very good, positive, and helpful. The installers were good and the unit is doing the job we purchased it for.

We found Companion very friendly, helpful and efficient. Installers were very good and everything was completed on time.

Great service provided. Stair lift was for father and he finds it straight forward to use.

Not happy with Companion at all. The stairlift was for my father and everything we had prearrange with the Surveyor did not happen. We were quoted 7 - 10 day turn around and it ended up nearly 3 months. We were told it was made to measure but dad can`t reach floor. The tradesman were good Installer, chippy and plumber who moved radiator good. Down to Surveyor problems offering something they can`t deliver on. Quite stressful experience and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Everything was fine, I am just a bit worried about the supports underneath the track itself, but I will call Companion about this to check.

Spot on with the timings, they did it quicker than I thought in approx 1.5-2 hours. They were very careful and very clean; no mess at all. The quality was to a high standard and I have already recommended to others. This has really made a big difference to me.
