The price came down from when they first quoted me. I had to have bannisters re-done which they didn`t realise in the survey, so the job took a little longer to complete than first thought, but this wasn`t their fault. I spoke to the joiner who did the modifications and he did his job just right. Very happy.

Very happy - would definitely recommend

The installation was rather delayed which annoyed me a little bit. The sales guy promised 10-15 days but it was a lot longer than that. One little hiccup once installed on the Friday after I had got my wife up the stairs, the lift got stuck up the top, the engineer came out the next day to fix so my wife was stuck upstairs for this time. Other than that I am very happy with the company and would recommend them.

Very friendly, felt comfortable, he came in was very polite cleaned up after himself and demo`d the system before he left. Excellent service

The price was £40 more expensive due to an extender being needed, which we didn`t know until the installation. Everything was great though. A problem I had 4 or 5 days later due to broadband going down was sorted very quickly by the engineer coming round. I have already recommended the company to a friend.

I purchased a Bell a camera and an alarm from this company In only a month the bell isn`t working. I would never recommend this company, they have not listened to me or helped solve this problem, they just keep palming me off.

They started quicker than I could believe! The guy who installed was lovely so everything was just fine. The one issue I did have with the stair lift they resolved straight away the next day.

They had to come back to fix something. They couldn`t come back for 2 weeks. Not that brilliant as a company, getting through to them was an issue. No one called me when they said they would. They set up a payment plan and this had to be done through the bank which was stressful. My elderly mum wouldn`t have been able to cope with this process at all.

The installer got on with his job even though my husband was being taken away in an ambulance that day. Remained professional and just got on. More than good..definitely would recommend.
