Harvey water softeners were very efficient and the staff were all very friendly. The completion took 3/4hrs which was to be expected.

They were quick to respond and explained how it would work. I bought the unit only and installed it myself

It was only 2 and a half weeks from when they did the final measurements - The stair lift was all installed in 5 hours. The company were exceptionally helpful and guy that quoted was very knowledgeable as we did not know what type of stair lift we needed at all. They also kept us informed throughout the process.

Really happy overall, did have a slight problem initially with the battery not being fully charged so having to wait 24 hours before we could use the stairlift. Would be good if they could fully charge it before fitting it.

I have already recommended companion to a friend, the work was completed in 3 days and i am extremely happy with the whole service.

Quote was inclusive of all work including moving radiator which was good. Didn`t get hassled after the initial quote. They were honest, did a good job and i have no complaints.

Late installing stair lift which was a bit inconvenient. Engineers and rep good but customer service not great. Stair lift good and it has made a difference overall happy.

Companion were very polite but quality of product is not good. When the engineer installed they bent rails and i am still waiting for them to rectify 2 weeks later. I don`t think the design is very good. After sales service is bad.
