The guy was there earlier than expected and the work was completed quicker than I expected, the guys work was second to none. My father is delighted with it. The only issue was 2 days later it did stop working which the guy warned us about. The guy was straight out so it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended the company to two other people in need.

We found McCarthy very helpful and caring especially with the elderly. My father is benefiting from the bed already and the swelling in his legs is going down. Very nice polite people.

Pretty straight forward, surveyor came on time, installers came on time. All pretty good and wife has used it with no problems.

Price went down as they messed us about on installation, they were 6 days late which was inconvenient. Disappointed to start with but now everything is working beautifully and we are very happy.

What they said they did. The stairlift is very easy to use and the benefit is i can go upstairs to bed. The Surveyor and Installers were good.

I found Prime Security very professional and the chap that did the installation was very good. All went according to plan.

Prime Security put hole through wall in a place that i can`t cover, damaged cement outside, put the cameras in the wrong place. Cables are exposed and not hidden so they are easily tampered with. I then had to call them out again at a cost to me to cover all cables up. Not happy with the installers at all. After Sales and Customer service not good and very rude over the phone.

I have Emphysema and the stair lift has done me the power of good. It means i can now go to bed upstairs. No problems throughout the whole process.

Companion were very helpful, they came when they were supposed to. We were very pleased with the whole process. Very happy with the stair lift.

Harveys were very thorough. The guy who came round was very good and left every clean and tidy. Very good.

Makes it quick and easy for us to get up stair and although it was mainly for my wife i use it as well. We even use it to transport things upstairs. Surveyor and Installers were great.

They came priced job with no pressure. The Surveyor and Installers were very nice. I am very happy with the product.
