Very very pleased and happy with the service i recieved from Harveys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Would recommend Harveys for customer service but i am not happy with product as i have to turn unit off when showering due to it not being good for my hair type. Water softener is not for me although everything is cleaner and very good for household appliances.

There is just one piece missing the guy said. I am still waiting for this. Other than that I am happy with everything.

A CAD 3d drawing was drawn up, I got told he would need to clarify whether the stairlift would fit ok by going through the technical team. However, no-one came back to me even though they knew it was a matter of urgency for my Mum. In the end it took 3 weeks to get a yes it would fit, this was before anything could be arranged. Then they didn`t turn up on the day the installation was arranged for. They were more interested in finding out what had happened rather than dealing with the issue, and at that time we just needed something to be fitted ASAP. Even though the start of the process was a shambles the install team were brilliant! It has really given my Mum a new lease of life and they actually installed another guard rail for my Mum which has really helped her. It is just a shame that there communication side of things were so appauling and condisending. Otherwise we are very happy with the product and installation!

My only issue with the company is that it did only take 3 hours to fit it when the survey messed us about saying it would take a whole day. This meant we put the installation back by 2 days due to my wifes hospital appointments. I am very happy with the product itself. The installer did a superb job. I have already recommended the company to another person who is having one installed.

few problems getting clarity on the delivery date - lots of promises from Scott the sales manager that didn`t happen - i found him very rude and abrupt and was very close to taking my business elsewhere. Kenny the fitter was a really nice guy left everything really tidy and finally after a rough start im happy with my stairlift.

I would advise for anyone to go ahead and use Companion. The only slight grudge I had experienced was that the older man who fitted the stairlift was abrupt, I think this was because his tools were left somewhere else so he wanted to postpone the job for another day however this was not possible so I asked to start on the day originally agreed on which they did. The younger staff member was amazing and happy.

Very efficient, finished earlier than planned and they provided us with everything as promised.

My husband is very tall so it isn`t very comfortable for him to use. So I am a bit disappointed. But i would still recommend the company.

A little bit of inconvenience with the installation as we were told up it would take up to 10 days but it actually took a little longer, this did delay my mother coming out of hospital. Other than that the installer was very good and left everything immaculately tidy. The stair lift itself is absolutely great quality and it has benefited my mother very much. I would totally recommend the company to others.

I live in a flat so space was limited, I didn`t realise at the beginning that all pipes would be showing but James managed to resolve this issue. Overall very happy.

There was an issue with a hand rail at my mothers property so it held things back abit but Companion resolved the issue very promptly so we were all very happy. The Stairlift was well worth the money and the convenience of the product is so worth while in investing.
