My only issue with the company is that it did only take 3 hours to fit it when the survey messed us about saying it would take a whole day. This meant we put the installation back by 2 days due to my wifes hospital appointments. I am very happy with the product itself. The installer did a superb job. I have already recommended the company to another person who is having one installed.

few problems getting clarity on the delivery date - lots of promises from Scott the sales manager that didn`t happen - i found him very rude and abrupt and was very close to taking my business elsewhere. Kenny the fitter was a really nice guy left everything really tidy and finally after a rough start im happy with my stairlift.

I would advise for anyone to go ahead and use Companion. The only slight grudge I had experienced was that the older man who fitted the stairlift was abrupt, I think this was because his tools were left somewhere else so he wanted to postpone the job for another day however this was not possible so I asked to start on the day originally agreed on which they did. The younger staff member was amazing and happy.

Very efficient, finished earlier than planned and they provided us with everything as promised.

My husband is very tall so it isn`t very comfortable for him to use. So I am a bit disappointed. But i would still recommend the company.

A little bit of inconvenience with the installation as we were told up it would take up to 10 days but it actually took a little longer, this did delay my mother coming out of hospital. Other than that the installer was very good and left everything immaculately tidy. The stair lift itself is absolutely great quality and it has benefited my mother very much. I would totally recommend the company to others.

I live in a flat so space was limited, I didn`t realise at the beginning that all pipes would be showing but James managed to resolve this issue. Overall very happy.

There was an issue with a hand rail at my mothers property so it held things back abit but Companion resolved the issue very promptly so we were all very happy. The Stairlift was well worth the money and the convenience of the product is so worth while in investing.

The guy was there earlier than expected and the work was completed quicker than I expected, the guys work was second to none. My father is delighted with it. The only issue was 2 days later it did stop working which the guy warned us about. The guy was straight out so it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended the company to two other people in need.

We found McCarthy very helpful and caring especially with the elderly. My father is benefiting from the bed already and the swelling in his legs is going down. Very nice polite people.

Pretty straight forward, surveyor came on time, installers came on time. All pretty good and wife has used it with no problems.

Price went down as they messed us about on installation, they were 6 days late which was inconvenient. Disappointed to start with but now everything is working beautifully and we are very happy.
