Price paid was cheaper than the quote, very happy with the service and easy to use. The installer was great.

Good from start to finish. The price came down from the initial quote. Produced what they said they would produce and it has made a massive difference to my mum.

They quoted to start on 17th Sept, they phoned and said it would be fitted on 24th. They then called again to say they would bring it forward. Then they didn`t turn up until the 20th. Fitted the wrong foot plate. They then couriered a foot plate down that evening. Then the next morning another foot plate arrived. Installer fitted it fine from that point. Fitter was fantastic, quality is brilliant. I would still recommend the company as the quality has turned out to be brilliant and far superior to another company we looked at. Just human error in the beginning I think.

No problems at all. The Surveyor was spot on. i don`t know how we cope without it, it`s brilliant and It means my mother can still use the upstairs.

Good experience with Harveys and even though there were cheaper options we went with Harveys because of the professional way they presented themselves. The Surveyor explained everything really well and we are happy with the result.

Would recommend Harveys for customer service but i am not happy with product as i have to turn unit off when showering due to it not being good for my hair type. Water softener is not for me although everything is cleaner and very good for household appliances.

There is just one piece missing the guy said. I am still waiting for this. Other than that I am happy with everything.

A CAD 3d drawing was drawn up, I got told he would need to clarify whether the stairlift would fit ok by going through the technical team. However, no-one came back to me even though they knew it was a matter of urgency for my Mum. In the end it took 3 weeks to get a yes it would fit, this was before anything could be arranged. Then they didn`t turn up on the day the installation was arranged for. They were more interested in finding out what had happened rather than dealing with the issue, and at that time we just needed something to be fitted ASAP. Even though the start of the process was a shambles the install team were brilliant! It has really given my Mum a new lease of life and they actually installed another guard rail for my Mum which has really helped her. It is just a shame that there communication side of things were so appauling and condisending. Otherwise we are very happy with the product and installation!
