Really pleased with the Stairlift. Acorn were very quick to send the Surveyor round and quick to install we couldn`t fault them. It now means i can go back to using my bedroom as i was sleeping down stairs before we had the Stairlift installed.

Very good service. The Surveyor called quickly and gave us loads of information. A lot easier than trying to walk up the stairs. Really good.

Very efficient and pleasant to work with. One or two small problems which were dealt with quickly.

The Stairlift was noisey when they left and they said they would come back to fix it but we had to chase them to sort it out. We decided when my husband had a fall down stairs to think about a Stairlift which i am glad we did as it has given us the safety we needed.

We did get a reduction in price which was very good. The Surveyor was not pushy and we were impressed with video he showed us. He answered all questions and was sympathetic about budget. No pressure. We liked what we saw so i went with Acorn. The installers and customer services were also good.

Typical commercial company they don`t feel genuine. Too many prices that keep getting reduced to secure the sale. Stair lift very bumpy and i found it very uncomfortable. Machine just isn`t up to it. Installers ok

Very good, Acorn answered all my questions on the initial visit. Very satisfactory no problems and a quick service.

The Stairlift is marvelous and has done wonders for my legs as there is no strain going up the stairs anymore. Although i find the ride a little bumpy. The Surveyor was very professional and the installers were nice.

Very efficient and professional. The only problems we had was Acorn changing the initial appointment due to sickness, having to leave the keys in the stair lift, and the red light staying on as father likes everything to be off at night. Other than that the Surveyor was amazing and gave us lots of information and the Installers were neat and tidy. Fitted so quickly. Amazing.
