We did get a reduction in price which was very good. The Surveyor was not pushy and we were impressed with video he showed us. He answered all questions and was sympathetic about budget. No pressure. We liked what we saw so i went with Acorn. The installers and customer services were also good.

Typical commercial company they don`t feel genuine. Too many prices that keep getting reduced to secure the sale. Stair lift very bumpy and i found it very uncomfortable. Machine just isn`t up to it. Installers ok

The Stairlift is marvelous and has done wonders for my legs as there is no strain going up the stairs anymore. Although i find the ride a little bumpy. The Surveyor was very professional and the installers were nice.

Very efficient and professional. The only problems we had was Acorn changing the initial appointment due to sickness, having to leave the keys in the stair lift, and the red light staying on as father likes everything to be off at night. Other than that the Surveyor was amazing and gave us lots of information and the Installers were neat and tidy. Fitted so quickly. Amazing.

Very quick service. The fitters were very good and we couldn`t fault them. Stair lift is very easy to operate.

They made a big hiccup with the measuring in the first place, then the stair lift has broken down twice. The poor chap was here for 8 hours trying to fix it. After that the thing still went wrong! They came out again to fix and so far all seems ok, but becuase of my experience so far I am afraid I wouldn`t recommend the company based on the quality of the product.

Paid less than the quote as other work was being done in the area. We didn`t have to wait long for installation and the installation itself didn`t take long at all. Made such a difference.
