Young man who did the job i couldn`t fault in anyway. Very professional and they do everything they say they will do. Very quick installation. Can`t fault.

Job well done. The Installers explained everything really well. My Gran didn`t want a stair lift but loves it now.

A bit more information and clarification need on the insurance. Happy with the Stairlift and the Surveyor and Installers good.

Very easy to deal with, they did what they said they would. The Installers were very quick and it only took 1 1/2 hours to install. Very happy with the result.

We bought a Reconditioned Stairlift and it was right up to standard. The Surveyor came out on Bank holiday Monday and the Stairlift was then installed on the Thursday. It only took 3 hours. Very professional company.

Surveyor said they wouldn`t be able to install the exact Stairlift i wanted but when the fitters can they said it would of been possible which was annoying. The service itself was quick and the Stairlift itself is easy to use.

Really pleased with the Stairlift. Acorn were very quick to send the Surveyor round and quick to install we couldn`t fault them. It now means i can go back to using my bedroom as i was sleeping down stairs before we had the Stairlift installed.

The Stairlift was noisey when they left and they said they would come back to fix it but we had to chase them to sort it out. We decided when my husband had a fall down stairs to think about a Stairlift which i am glad we did as it has given us the safety we needed.
