Companion were a very nice, honest company. Good to deal with and wife is finding it beneficial as she was struggling getting up the stairs before.

They hadnt included something in the beginning quote that they should of so we got this free of charge which was good. I was expecting them early in the morning but they didn`t come until later in the day which did inconvenience me a little. I would recommend recommend the company as overall with the quality and price I was happy with the service.

We had 2 stairlifts fitted one to the top floor and one to the basement which means we can now use the whole of the house. Very good service from Acorn and the Installer was very nice,efficient and quickly did the installation. Unfortunately 2 weeks after installation we received details on extended 4 year warranty which wasn`t explained very well at the time but luckily Acorn let us pay by instalments and we now have the peace of mind that we are covered for the next four years should anything go wrong.

Very good service, came when they said they would and it only took 2 hours to install. It has made such a difference to my wife.
