Very respectful and very efficient cannot fault them.

No problems with the company at all, all was good. Only been using stair lift for a fortnight but so far everything is fine.

Initially the Agent was a little pushy but we had to have the Stairlift anyway so there was really no need to be. The Installers left everything clean and tidy. The after Sales service could be improved on.

Apart from the Maintenance cost being high and the Stairlift having an annoying bleep it is all good. My wife has found the Stairlift beneficial and it means now she can sleep upstairs.

The Initial price was well above the online quote but Acorn managed to bring it in on my budget. I am very happy and the stairlift and it has made and enormous difference. The only negative was the follow up call to sell an extended warranty was a little too soon after the purchase.

Incredibly helpful, really good in terms of advice and also gave us information where to get bedding and accessories. The bed is for myself and my disabled husband and the company mad it low to the ground to make it easier for him. I have a back condition and used to sleep in a chair so now i get a great night`s sleep. Louise was great and not pushy at all. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
