Apart from the Maintenance cost being high and the Stairlift having an annoying bleep it is all good. My wife has found the Stairlift beneficial and it means now she can sleep upstairs.

The Engineer came at lunch time and found difficulty due to head room but was still finished by 6pm and did an excellent job. Very happy with the Stairlift.

The Initial price was well above the online quote but Acorn managed to bring it in on my budget. I am very happy and the stairlift and it has made and enormous difference. The only negative was the follow up call to sell an extended warranty was a little too soon after the purchase.

Incredibly helpful, really good in terms of advice and also gave us information where to get bedding and accessories. The bed is for myself and my disabled husband and the company mad it low to the ground to make it easier for him. I have a back condition and used to sleep in a chair so now i get a great night`s sleep. Louise was great and not pushy at all. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Excellent no criticism at all. I paid less than what was originally quoted and everything was delivered on time.

Although it took some time to agree on a delivery date the installation was very fast. The process was pretty straight forward and competitively priced. We like the design as it has a Suretrack system so there are no tripping hazards. The seat belt is a little awkward if your not very mobile and my wife is taking time to get used to the controls.

The stairlift was for my father and it has enhanced his living ability and means he can remain independent in his own home. Although the handrail was missed on the initial installation it was quickly rectified and now all ok.
