Fast, reliable and courteous. Very happy with the Stairlift.

The people were fine and the product itself is good but we could have used a little more information from the Surveyor before the installation. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs and the tracking ends in front of the door. They had to put a break in the track and put it on a hinge which in my opinion is a tripping hazard.

Very happy with initial contact and happy with the product. Very fast installation. The Surveyor came out and the Stairlift was installed the next day which was great.

Great product. Good friendly staff, office staff perfect and when they said they would call they did. The Installer was great, very patient and informative. He made sure my father was happy with the controls and trialled the Stairlift before he left.

I had two Stairlifts fitted on seperate days and both Installers i would rate as 5*. The product is excellent, the fitting was smooth and professional and the whole experience was a pleasure.

First class no problems at all. The Installer was very quick and it was spotlessly tidy when he left. I was very happy with the whole process.

Excellent from start to finish. Surveyor was very informative and helped sorting issue out with the radiator. The installer was brilliant and finished in about an hour and you wouldn`t of known he had been here as he left everything so clean and tidy.

In general, we got what they said we were going to get, they described the stair lift quite well. There was a minor defect, which was put right the next day after I called the service dept. They were quite professional in how they dealt with things.

Very respectful and very efficient cannot fault them.

Initially the Agent was a little pushy but we had to have the Stairlift anyway so there was really no need to be. The Installers left everything clean and tidy. The after Sales service could be improved on.
