They were helpful, informative, timely and professional. I would recommend them. My mother had no problems at all, everything was how we expected and wanted it to be.

Installers were brilliant but parts missing and a number of small issues. Overall mum is happy with the stairlift but it took a long time for issues to be resolved.

The Stairlift was for my father who was not allowed to be released from hospital until the Stairlift was fitted and working. Companion were aware of this and said if we arranged for father to come out of hospital they would come and turn stairlift on within 2 hours of him being home. Unfortunately this took 48 hours and as my father couldn`t go to bed or go to the toilet i had to put him up in a hotel. Companion did give me a small amount of compensation. Although the Stairlift is good the Customer Service part of the company needs to be addressed.

They were 2 weeks late which caused a bit of a problem but we were compensated for the inconvenience. The Installers were excellent but the Sales Office staff were slightly indifferent.

Companion price matched another company. They were reliable, and courteous throughout and we were kept well informed. We would certainly deal with them again.

Since getting in touch they have done exactly what they said they would. Very polite. Surveyor not pushy. Very nice experience.
