Was expecting the stairlift to be a bit faster. Companion finished on time and did a good job. A mishap occured with the stairlift once fitted and the engineer came out straight away, very efficient. We are satisfied so far.

Companion were very good even though the installation was late. I`m finding the lift super and am very happy with it better than the previous one we had installed.

The price went down because of a few issues in the middle with the installation. this did inconvenience us. The installer came and then decided he needed training, and the trainer was in the North so was unable to get to us on that day. This chap who needed training was quite rude. The Sales and installation in the end was fine despite this chap in the middle. I would still recommend them as the product and sales were good- it is just one chap that spoilt it for them.

The installater was very nice; a lovely person. I am very happy.

From start to finish very smooth. Everyone was very polite and courteous and they took my needs now and in the future into consideration. Installers were very good, quick and clean. Overall very happy with the stairlift.

There was a little bit of confusion at first because the Stairlift was external and 12m long. Initially they said they couldn`t do it and then they came back and said they could. Eventually they did and because of the going back and forth they reduced the price but it did cause a delay. I do find the stairlift a little bumpy as they had to put 7 joins in and every time the chair goes over a join it bumps but hopefully it will get better over time.

The company only took a couple of hours to fit. Wires had to go through the stairs initially but this was done a few days beforehand. The stair lift is of excellent quality. I found the company to be really good.

We are still getting used to it. There are lots of buttons to press and we are a little uncertain of all of them at the moment. We may call them next week if they havent been in touch just to clarify a few things. On the whole though we are happy.

They were helpful, informative, timely and professional. I would recommend them. My mother had no problems at all, everything was how we expected and wanted it to be.

Installers were brilliant but parts missing and a number of small issues. Overall mum is happy with the stairlift but it took a long time for issues to be resolved.

The Stairlift was very well done. Acorn were very professional and installed in one day.

No complaints at all. They were prompt and arrived on time. I am happy with the Stairlift.
