They were late installing by 3 days and rang up on morning to say there was a tool missing and they wouldn`t be coming.The bed didn`t work correctly and the manufacturer had to come out. The bed had been wired incorrectly and there was loads of debris left under bed. Very disappointed.The Installers should be a lot tidier and more considerate. The bed in the end was really good.

I found the company very helpful and they were in constant contact with me but not in an aggressive marketing way. My bed was bespoke and handmade to my specifications. They were very helpful and Henry was great. I have already recommended them. I can`t praise them highly enough.

The product is really high quality. Every member of staff was very helpful and thoughtful. The stairlift was for my husband and it has made a huge difference to him.

Very reliable, very good, we are extremely impressed.

We paid less than the original quote as they matched another quote we were given. The Surveyor was good but we were disappointed that the date given for installation was delayed. The Installers were very good and we are happy with the stairlift.
