Bed delivered on time but parts missing which i had to wait 2 weeks for. Good customer service. Very happy with the bed.

Camelot responded quickly to our enquiry and although i was in hospital when bed was delivered my daughter was happy with the service and installation. I am very please with the bed.

They were late installing by 3 days and rang up on morning to say there was a tool missing and they wouldn`t be coming.The bed didn`t work correctly and the manufacturer had to come out. The bed had been wired incorrectly and there was loads of debris left under bed. Very disappointed.The Installers should be a lot tidier and more considerate. The bed in the end was really good.

I found the company very helpful and they were in constant contact with me but not in an aggressive marketing way. My bed was bespoke and handmade to my specifications. They were very helpful and Henry was great. I have already recommended them. I can`t praise them highly enough.
