Paul Mendelssohn the sales person spent time with my Mum and assessed her needs and measured the chair requirements to get the right solution for her. We were able to negotiate a price that she could afford and the manufacturing and delivery of the chair was expedited for her. The style of chair chosen was only available with Grosvenor and overall we are very happy with the service, experience and quality of the product. Highly recommended company.
I was pleased that the whole transaction took one week, and I have the stairlift serviced every year.
You are still not giving the benefits of renting instead of buying, to me this is the best option. Happy customer. xx
