Absoulutely brilliant. A neighbour recommended Stannah to us; the first time we phoned them it was midday, and they came round that afternoon to conduct a survey. Very quick service - it is absolutely perfect. We had trouble using the footrest, phoned them up and they came the next morning. 100%.

Overall I was happy with the service of this company. However, I would have liked more information on how to use the alarm system itself.

We had the quote but I wanted the lift fitted in the New Year, company said thats fine. I was then able to have it sooner and company brought it forward for me. Very good installer, very polite, very helpful. The demonstration took about an hour, but the guy wanted to make sure we understood how to use it. We have only had it a couple of weeks but so far all is good. I am very happy with the company.

Although I am happy with the Stairlift they whole experience with Companion I found very stressful. There were a number of problems with installing the Stairlift and it took from Tuesday till Friday for it to finally be installed. They moved the handrail which came off a couple of days later. Not happy with Customer Services at Companion.

I have already recommended Companion to a friend. I wanted Stairlift installed before Christmas and they managed to do this in plenty of time. Can`t fault them.

Vert satisfied with the Stairlift. We looked at a number of options as the space was very tight. Surveyor was very thorough and very happy with the result.

I didnt get the system I expected.However I have still recommended them to friends who have now purchased.

The £100 wasn`t taken off at first that the quotes webiste promised. There was another day delay due to issues with the engineer. A few little things - the stiar lift catches the carpet, first guy couldnt do the job.The product itself is fine, I just had problems with the workmanship.

I had to get them to come back as the way they set up the cameras wern`t facing all of the entry points. They needed to set up an extra camera. I feel this could`ve been identified in the first place. Other than that I am very happy with the company and the product.

The Installers were really good and very supportive. Great service that has given me peace of mind.

No mess at all. Very happy its the best alarm Ive had.
