My mum is very happy with it. Lovely material and comfortable. A good experience all round.

Generally good. Technical problem at first but they did come and fix quickly with a bit of pushing.

Guy arrived at 4pm didnt leave until 9pm. the guy fitted it in the middle of the stair case. They moved it towards the wall. The problem was rectifed quickly as my son was there to point it out. He also left a few bolts loose. They are still coming back to lower it.

For mum who is very stubborn and needs encouragement to use it. The Stairlift itself is very reliable and we received an excellent service from Companion.

Installer were late by two days but it wasn`t a problem. We are really, really please with the stairlift.
