Installer very efficient. Very very good machine. Other models on the market but very happy with the one we bought. Easy process from start to finish.

Happy with the stairlift. Design and everything about it is really good and i find it very easy to operate.

Did very good job, turned up on time and did what they said they would do. Stairlift is for grandson who is finding it easy to use.

Stairlift started off ok but went wrong after a few days. Customer relations were terrible, spoke to MD who sorted things out.

Battery back-up pad hasn`t been installed like quoted but we will chase that up. The chap who installed was very helpful and was very tidy. The product is very good, there are one or 2 little things, but I think it depends on the size of the person I think. The footrest is very loose....I have recommended the company to my sister. My wife uses it easily.

The installer was an excellent young man and the customer service was very good.

Happy with the service

First stair lift didn`t work so had to wait for another. Initially frustrating but mum happy with the product now and the customer services was good.
