Everything`s fine. Were very happy.

happy with the entire service.

Although the builders, surveyor and electricians were great the organisation of all the companies very bad by Companion. Customer services bad and cancelled 4 times 2 of which were on the morning they were due to start work. Communication very bad. Still waiting for certificates for building controls. This has cost us a lot of money.

Really happy with the carport. The guys that came to install were really nice and friendly.

Got the price cheaper than the initial quote. Very happy with the carport. The chaps that fitted were really nice and they did a good job.

We found 123v very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Carport is wonderful.

Very good from start to finish even with terrible weather againat them.

Initially very frustrating as 1st delivery date put off due to the Fitter being ill. 2nd delivery put off because of staff shortage. 3rd delivery date never happened so eventually spoke to MD who managed to get another date. When stairlift fitted it was very good and a great design. Now i`m very happy with it.

Very professional company and the Workmanship was very good.

The Work was excellent. The information from the Surveyor was far superior to the other companies I contacted. Very pleased and the Stairlift also looks good.

There was a lot of confusion as I ordered through Companion however it was Pollocks Lift`s vans that arrived. I am made up with the lift itself and the work carried out. The men were very tidy and hard working. However the Companion office were useless and it end up costing me more than originally quoted. I would not recommend companion themselves due to the confusion, however I can not fault the quality of the job.

Installers and Workman were very good and we had no problems with them at all. The Customer Service side of Companion were awful. They did not inform us of all the relevant information regarding invoicing and the fact they did not manufacture the lift.
