I am extremely happy with Companion. They were very friendly and professional. Started earlier than expected which was great. The only problem I had was that I had asked for a left handed control but it arrived right handed, however they changed this over the following day. The aftercare has been very good.

Did what it said on the tin. It was put in on time and was the same as it was in the brochure. Predominantly for wife who is happy with it.

Companion left everything extremely tidy, very happy. Could not fault them.

Service was absolutley brilliant, there were a few teething problems and the engineers came out straight away to resolve.

Although the builders, surveyor and electricians were great the organisation of all the companies very bad by Companion. Customer services bad and cancelled 4 times 2 of which were on the morning they were due to start work. Communication very bad. Still waiting for certificates for building controls. This has cost us a lot of money.

Really happy with the carport. The guys that came to install were really nice and friendly.

Got the price cheaper than the initial quote. Very happy with the carport. The chaps that fitted were really nice and they did a good job.

We found 123v very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Carport is wonderful.

Initially very frustrating as 1st delivery date put off due to the Fitter being ill. 2nd delivery put off because of staff shortage. 3rd delivery date never happened so eventually spoke to MD who managed to get another date. When stairlift fitted it was very good and a great design. Now i`m very happy with it.
