When someone gives a quote for after sales servicing it needs to be made clearer as price for servicing was quite large. The Stairlift itself is absolutely fabulous.
Efficient, very quick and installation was within a couple of days If I have a criticism they turned up at 7am which is far too early. Wish we had bought a stairlift earlier.
Very efficient from start to finish. Father is finding the Stairlift very beneficial and easy to operate.
They got in contact the very next day, the other companies didn`t even call. They rushed to come out
and the work was done within a day. They did everything they said they would. Very happy with the stairlift. Needs to be more user friendly, father gets confused which button to press. Remote control all one colour so maybe better to have buttons different colour.
Disappointed that no gloves or mask were used and they didn`t wipe things down. Stairlift beneficial and easy to operate. Very good after care.
Absolutely couldn`t fault a thing. Really good from start to finish. I made the enquiry on the Tuesday and the Stairlift was fitted on the Thursday.
COVID-19 precautions were very good. We have already recommended Acorn to other people. From first inquiry to installation was really good. Best thing we ever did and should of done it years ago.
Put 2 sets of stairlift in 1 hr 30 minutes. One of the easier installations I have seen. Would rate them a 6*
Left dust from taking the bannister off other than that they were very clean. 4 year extended service plan was very expensive in comparison to the price of the unit. The Stairlift has no problems and works as it should.
Of all the companies they were the only one that responded. From Survey to installation was only a couple of days. Definitely happy. It has been a godsend for my mum.
Clear and clean, very efficient. Wife was able to go upstairs to bed so found it very beneficial.
