Very quick, efficient and helpful. All the information was clear and the price was good. Couldn`t fault them.
There`s been a few hiccups for my partner using it, but I feel thats just because of the way she may be using it. I feel it has been superb.

Happy with the Stairlift but disgusted with Acorn as after installation they called and quoted insurance £1400 for 3 years which I thought was terrible.

Late to install as miscommunication with installation date and they didn`t turn up when expected. The Stairlift broke down 3 times in the first week which has now all been rectified. Stairlift good and working ok now. Customer service was not great.
