Happy with the Stairlift but disgusted with Acorn as after installation they called and quoted insurance £1400 for 3 years which I thought was terrible.

Pleasant, efficient and punctual. The Stairlift is great and has made a huge difference to my husband.

They were very helpful and explained everything to us. They did what they said they would. They were great and can`t fault them.

We found Acorn very professional and they did what they said they would and when they said they would do it. I have already recommended to a neighbour who is having a stairlift installed.

Late to install as miscommunication with installation date and they didn`t turn up when expected. The Stairlift broke down 3 times in the first week which has now all been rectified. Stairlift good and working ok now. Customer service was not great.

Bought a reconditioned Stairlift which has broken down 3 times in a month. So even though cheaper option we are still having trouble with it. I now do not feel safe on it.

Surveyor and Installers were good. They show me how to operate the stairlift properly. I use it 2 or 3 times a day. Really good.
