They haven't always found the right match but they have always been very efficient. That may be due to the virus. The carer right now is very good. They are quite inexpensive.

Very helpful and very responsive. The carers tend to be limited in terms of their background and location. Accent issues with the carer also. It didn't suit my father having live in care but in terms of finding him care on discharge from hospital I couldnt fault them as a company, they were very helpful and very responsive so I would recommend them for others.

They sorted things very quickly initially. When current carer goes on leave its a bit slower to cover but thats totally understandable. I am very satisfied with the overall package and the carer is a gem.

Great communication in finding carer, but post care not as good. Very responsive in first instance but then slowed up in post placement support. I would still recommend them however.

There have been a couple of different mis-haps but I would give 4.5/5 for service. Otherwise, I am very happy with the overall service given, their communication and process in finding a carer was excellent. They are slightly more expensive than other companies but the service was very good.

The agency stopped working with the carer for various reasons but I have recommended the company to a few other people, so all in all I am happy.

Took 32 minutes, in and out. He rang me an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. No fuss at all; with respects to Covid-19, he came fully protected and made sure to clean and sterilise everything before and after. It was as if he wasn`t there - my mother in law and I are very pleased, she loves it. Only criticism I have was how it wasn`t clear on if we needed a straight or curved one; there was some confusion here which could have been more straightforward. Other than that we couldn`t be happier.

Very amenable. They talked through the different options for us and were very informative. Installer was good and we are very happy. It has given parents a new lease of life and they can now use the upstairs.
