All Staff Brilliant from initial phone call to completed instakation

Carer is excellent. Good English that is easy to understand important. Personality, positivity good. Get to know the local manager too.

Had the assessment in July was told I needed a pressure mat first so got that sorted and was ready to go , but now all types of excuses coming forward And still not had any live in care , they seem to talk a good game but when It comes down to it they come up with nothing major let down would not recommend this company to anyone

The care provided was as best it could be at short notice, I think the companies intentions were sincere, focused, to my needs, the Carer was thoughtful, had we had more time and my Health condition not deteriorated, our live in care would have continued to evolve and improve. Which was the ambition of us all, so intent, result, communication, expectation and outcome was achieved by the care company, longer term costs, may have been difficult to manage over a longer term. Overall very satisfied

Very helpful and efficient with competitive rates. Communication via internet was excellent. Difficulties finding suitable carers probably due to short notice and restrictions of coronavirus.

Can see a number of videos of prospective carers And ask questions. My problem getting someone with relevant experience. Had to ask for a replacement carer after a day and got another carer that lasted a week. .

I would have liked a greater choice of Carer, however this had to be arranged in a great hurry with limited choice and, although not easy at first, we are shaking down and the support for the Carer from the Company is excellent.

Homeinstead is expensive but the care provided is excellent. Caters shown genuine concern for clients and often go above and beyond what is required of them.

We have found Edyn Care extremely helpfull in providing a Live-In carer for our friend who is 92 years. They regularly contact us to follow up on the care she is receiving and any problems that may arise.
