Lovely people to deal with, very helpful, made sure I was totally happy with stair lift, would recommend them to anyone who was looking at buying one.
the stair lift feels that i'm going to fall off. when the lift gets to the top or the run. it makes a creaking noise
I had a stairlift installed but found I could not use it, because of my disability to be unable to sit correctly on the chair and my stairs were too narrow. I do feel that the fitter should have taken note of that initially and so not had the upheaval of installation and subsequent removal.
Too hard a sell at the beginning despite being told my husband was terminally ill. My husband died only 4 weeks after the stairlift was fitted but despite original assurances that Acorn would help sell the stairift, they have been of no help at all. Their only concern is to make more money from those in my situation.

Mike went above and beyond , great service with quick easy installation , got quotes from other companies , way more expensive, and customer service not great. Highly recommend
From initial enquiry to fitting was less than a week and every member of staff I dealt with was fantastic. Highly professional company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the product or the company to anyone in need of a stairlift.
The stairlift was installed within five days, and the fitter was excellent.
