From start to finish the process of finding a carer was carried out with empathy, speed and with my mum at the centre of the whole process. I cannot thank you and the Promedica team enough.
The Acorn stairlift does what I want it to do extremely competently. The only gripe I've got is a minor one. I would like to park it at the bottom of our straight flight of stairs but one step up without it beeping for ages afterwards.
This apart it's an excellent machine and well worth the money (I don't pay VAT). GD Oct. 2020
I used this site to find a local supplier and only 1 company actually contacted me. Acorn contacted me on the Monday morning, as they had a representative in my area she came later in the day measure up & gave me a quote which I accepted I got a phone call on the Tuesday & the stairlift was fitted on the Wednesday. Great service & what a difference it has made for me.

We were impressed by Acorn at point of sale and there installation team were excellent. The remote controllers for the Stair lift are temperamental and very very sensitive to any change in pressure, stopping all the time which is very aggravating and worrying for my Mother who suffers from Dementia.
