Absolutely fabulous from the first telephone call on the Monday to having the stairlift fitted within 3 days. It’s been an absolute godsend for my very fit but elderly parents makes there house now feel like a bungalow. Wonderful

Just thought for the price paid unfortunately person passed away 6 weeks later spend 4 out of 6 weeks in hospital and barley used the stairlift was offered absolutely £0 for it taking away considering we had paid over £2000 for it. Not that it matters now as this feedback won’t go anywhere anyway.

A large busy Company, operating like a family Firm, pleasant to deal with and very prompt to install to our wishes. We were somewhat surprised that the Extended Warranty for four extra years cost almost 30% of the Purchase price, but we took it.

Very helpful and 2 years warranty instead of just 1 offered by some others. They were not the cheapest but price matched the other company which we considered. The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable and not at pushy.

Engineer visit for breakdowns may be the following day which is not realistic. My mother has was stuck downstairs from 11am to 8pm without access to a toilet and would not have been able to go to bed if I had not insisted in the strongest terms that they get someone out to her. Engineer finally arrived at 8pm. They only work 9 to 5 apparently. I had asked about breakdowns at the salesperson's initial visit and was told 24 hour helpline would get an engineer out. No mentioned that it may be the
