Very pleased with all aspects of the quality and service however the service plan is a bit on the expensive side and did not purchase because of my age,prefer to pay yearly even though more expensive in the long run.

Extremely efficient company. From the onset Elder took a genuine interest to determine the right carer for an elderly lady. They completely took the stress out of a stressful situation. As a client you receive a dedicated family support manager, there is no breakdown of communication, they actually DO what they say they’ll do! Very professional, very friendly and deliver what you need.
I would highly recommend them.
