Review badly designed. Stairlift is unloved. Feels like it will fall apart , clunky. Awkward to get out if the way. But it does its job. I wish I had bought a better one.
Good value for money, quick & friendly service. Installation done very efficiently and without fuss.

Cancelled the order after the installation date was moved TWICE because “a piece of the rail was missing at the depot”.

The person who uses this lift hasn't the intelligence to send it back to the charging point. Maybe some way of returning there after a certain length of time, just a suggestion, it might not be viable or safe

the stairlift itself is absolutely fine so far but the process of getting it was marked by chaos and inefficiency in terms dates, times and specification
We had quote from a big company , but decided to have a unite from a local one too .Both good customer service .
Went for our local one with a great guarantee , newer model , also a lot cheaper .
