Very pleased with the ease of operating although the hand control on the chair requires a fairly strong hand.

The person who uses this lift hasn't the intelligence to send it back to the charging point. Maybe some way of returning there after a certain length of time, just a suggestion, it might not be viable or safe

We had quote from a big company , but decided to have a unite from a local one too .Both good customer service . Went for our local one with a great guarantee , newer model , also a lot cheaper .
