Saw a representative within days and fitted 3 days later. No mess left after fitting. There was a 14 day cooling off period where a full refund was offered. The stair lift was for my husband but unfortunately within a few days he became bed bound and was unable to use it. Contacted Acorn and they arranged for it to be removed. After it was taken away there was no sign that there had been a stair lift fitted. A full refund was given within 2 weeks
I simply wanted to see some prices. Since my enquiry i have been bombarded with telephone calls, emails and letters. Not what I wanted at all.
stair lift seems slow go`s fast on the bends then slows on the straight ?
Took awhile to supply receipt and Warranty info they said they had posted them but they had not delivered by had when came to make adjustment otherwise all working fine now
Very professional, quick to fit, my mum is delighted with her stairlift. No issues and would highly recommend this company. Michael did tell me the name of the stairlift but I’ve forgotten. I think the lift was a Stannah
Fast installation but sadly my wife passed away soon after. Fast removal and full refund given. Fantastic company to deal with.
