The Stairlift installed is on a spiral staircase and was a challenge for the fitter. i would say that the ride is a little bumpy as the chair navigates the curves. It is a great help - although one cannot be in a hurry as the chair has to be brought down to floor level to mount - the parking (charging) point is a bit higher, and this descent is quite slow. All in all Acorn did a great job!

Saw a representative within days and fitted 3 days later. No mess left after fitting. There was a 14 day cooling off period where a full refund was offered. The stair lift was for my husband but unfortunately within a few days he became bed bound and was unable to use it. Contacted Acorn and they arranged for it to be removed. After it was taken away there was no sign that there had been a stair lift fitted. A full refund was given within 2 weeks
