During installation the fitter passed the wiring through the opening of the living room door which could then not be closed. Also if anyone tried to do so it would damage the wiring. After complaint another fitter came to rectify and in the process damaged the wire to the hinge with a drill, which then had to be replaced. The general work was of a low standard. A further fitter came to replace the hinge and left the finished job in an awful state. Between them we ended up with 6 holes through a
I am thrilled with the care my parents are receiving , the carers are from very different backgrounds but the support and kindness and care they have all shown has been excellent. My parents don’t like having care but have accepted the carers sent with no issues

Good carer on 1st uk job. Kind, thoughtful & very patient-orientated. Little experience uk cooking. The care provider got our home address wrong on several occasions when sending the carer and in a subsequent office visit (despite clear records on file).
Overall, an expensive, agency, and in my view this could not be justified, or re-negotiated. From an agency perspective, it should have been worth keeping a good paying self-funding client.
I plan to have a stairlift from Acorn fitted in due course.
