I was very pleased with the cost less than expected. Contributed towards cost of moving radiator and discounted for fitting in with there installation times. Just about 2 weeks from survey to instal. Engineer very competent and informative. Did not take up to much space. Overall very please with every aspect of service What a difference !!

From start to finish everything went smoothly. The staff are kind and considerate and the engineer who installed it first class. He made sure I knew exactly how to use it before leaning.

During installation the fitter passed the wiring through the opening of the living room door which could then not be closed. Also if anyone tried to do so it would damage the wiring. After complaint another fitter came to rectify and in the process damaged the wire to the hinge with a drill, which then had to be replaced. The general work was of a low standard. A further fitter came to replace the hinge and left the finished job in an awful state. Between them we ended up with 6 holes through a

I am thrilled with the care my parents are receiving , the carers are from very different backgrounds but the support and kindness and care they have all shown has been excellent. My parents don’t like having care but have accepted the carers sent with no issues
