had first class service from survey to installation

Review following install of stair lift for my elderly mother. The install date did slip a week due to the manufacturer not delivering on the day expected without notice but given the current Covid working environment and lorry parks around Dover these things are going to happen. Higher Elevation got the job done as soon as possible and two days before Christmas. I feel the price was fair, whether it could be cheaper I cannot be sure but I prefer to not have cause for complaint. If they cover yo

A very good company with excellent service

I didn’t realise how ugly the rack and pinion system was going to be , or that it would be fitted through my stair carpet

wish they had offered us automatic swivle at the top of the stair, as Mum pushing a lever down and turning her self round, proved nearly impossible,if offer straight away I have asked for it. we had it added 9 days later after a lot of unnessacerry stress. personly I would think it good for most people, as they may get weaker,less able..
